In 2024, UARC hosted two Real Estate professionals who shared valuable insights on the real estate industry. Students had the opportunity to learn from two esteemed industry professionals and CREW members, Lauren Henderson and Tara McCashin.
 
Tara McCashin, a principal architect at Claroscuro Architecture, brings over eight years of experience, showcasing her passion for innovative housing solutions for vulnerable populations and her talent for creating captivating conceptual designs. Lauren Henderson, a senior development associate at MacLab Development Group, also offers eight years of expertise in real estate, specializing in project management, brokerage, leasing, and financial analysis.
