Sepehr’s involvement with UARC has broadened his understanding of the industry, expanded his professional network, and enhanced the way he builds meaningful relationships with leaders across the sector. With experience in Capital Markets at Avison Young and Commercial Mortgage Underwriting at EQ Bank, Sepehr is committed to advancing his career in commercial real estate. Upon graduation, he plans to pursue a career in Capital Markets and work toward obtaining his CBV designation.

Vince is entering his third and final year in the club. This summer, he completed his first internship in Commercial Real Estate with Cushman & Wakefield, and he looks forward to contributing the skills he gained across three Co-Op terms, including real-world experience in Real Estate Sales, Research, Accounting, and sponsorship development. As he approaches graduation, Vince hopes to make his final semester memorable by strengthening friendships and building new connections.
